This is one of the most brilliant mods available in the Minecraft community. It brings so many things to the game that there’s a lot to write about, but we’ll do our best to properly showcase this mod. But before that, its designer, Kodaichizero, deserves a loud applause for his creation.
The Clay Soldier mod lets you build a soldier out of pure clay. And according to their colors, the soldiers will enter into war. Read on to find out how the soldiers are crafted, and what the main features of the mod are.
Your soldiers’ color is determined by the chosen dyes at the top of the screen. Soldiers can fight against each other, whilst you oversee the battle and help your side win by supplying them with necessary items. Below are the items you can supply in order to customize your soldiers, along with some key features of the mod. Please note that you need to throw the item towards the soldiers so that they can make use of it.
-
Horses: Your clay soldiers can mount them when you right click on them.
-
Stick: Used as a weapon by your troops.
-
Leather: One piece of leather provides armor protection for your soldiers.
-
Raw pork chops: Self-explanatory; your soldiers need food too.
-
Gold ingots: They can be used to designate your army’s leaders.
-
Lightstone dust can make your troops glow.
-
Sulfur: Makes soldiers explode upon their death.
-
Sugar: A nice boost of virtual carbohydrates will increase your soldiers’ speed.
-
One lump of clay: Can be used to revive dead soldiers. This way, you can place them back in the front line, for non-stop war.
-
Flint: A better weapon in the form of sharpened sticks.
-
Redstone dust: Can be thrown to blind a soldier.
-
Slimeballs: Can be used to freeze a soldier’s actions.
-
Clay disruptors
-
Iron ingots: Strengthens your soldiers.
-
Gravel: A way of bringing good old stone throwing in your Minecraft wars.
-
Rod: Can be used to direct your army through the battlefield.
-
Wood: Wood supplies make your troops automatically construct houses.
-
Your soldiers can also open chests.
